We are Simon Hospitality Group (SHG), an on-site Restaurant Management Company based in Las Vegas, NV, offering full food, and beverage service management to corporations, and specialty venues around the country, and the Caribbean.
As owner operators of our own full service restaurants that reach from coast to coast, and deep into the Caribbean, our mission is to create, and operate unique restaurant concepts where our people are able to create a dining experience that exceeds our guests' expectations and, in so doing, achieve the highest potential in their food service careers."
We're Connected To The Community
SHG is proud to be a vital member of the communities in which we operate on a daily basis. After all, these cities and towns are home to our employees, too.
All of our food is cooked from scratch using the freshest ingredients; our path toward greater sustainability started as a quest for flavor. Our Chef's incorporate environmentally sound Farm to Table sourcing policies that allow them to develop their own programs that address purchasing from local sources. Chef Simon gives our chefs tremendous freedom to work with him to create innovative menus that incorporate his strict standards.
This policy results in supporting each of our communities directly; our chefs are required to source as many of their menu's ingredients from small owner-operated farms and artisan food businesses within their communities. These purchases add up to tens of thousands of dollars being spent within each of our restaurant's communities each year.
Keeping with Chef Simons commitment to "playing it forward" we play a role in many less formal ways: Our chefs, managers, and team members aid dozens of local schools and nonprofits through such activities as hosting fundraising dinners, volunteering at local food banks, and donating to food recovery programs.
